American Sinner is a DC-based gothic Americana/folk-noir rock band formed in late 2004 by lead vocalist and accordionist, Scott Trowbridge. Chuck Rainville on bass and Michael Prince on drums round out the dark, stirring rythms while Krissy Downing illuminates the experience w/ haunting melodies on violin.

The links below are samples of songs on the band's debut album, Revival (available for purchase at www.AmericanSinner.com).

The following (with the exception of the fifth track) is a selection of solo improvisational violin compositions from my album, Guts on a String which was independently released in late October, 2002. Track five is an experimental exercise in the reproduction of a favorite 80's pop song.
